Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga classes involve gentle yoga, restorative yoga, breathing and meditation to help relieve stress and physical pain. After a careful evaluation, a program of postures is selected specifically for each student. Please call ahead or email to schedule.

Yoga for Osteoporosis

Yoga for Osteoporosis encourage bones and muscles to strengthen. Breathing and postures help with balance, posture, stability and flexibility. Increasing these attributes helps reduce pain, lower the risk of bone fractures, and increases body awareness. Meditation helps brings mindfulness of movements to minimize injuries or falls.
