Chair Yoga is a great way for beginners, seniors, and any one physically challenged to strengthen and stretch the body. Adaptations can be made for those who can stand and for those who are chair bound. Benefits can include improved core stability, better balance, increased flexibility, and endurance.

Relax and Restore

A perfect way to destress after a long week. The class combines stretching/strengthening yoga postures with a guided meditation to melt away tense muscles. With the goal of achieving a state of consciousness between waking and sleep, these techniques have been used for centuries. Preregistration required.

Yoga for Osteoporosis

Yoga for Osteoporosis encourage bones and muscles to strengthen. Breathing and postures help with balance, posture, stability and flexibility. Increasing these attributes helps reduce pain, lower the risk of bone fractures, and increases body awareness. Meditation helps brings mindfulness of movements to minimize injuries or falls. Preregistration required.
